A daily story in the world today is ‘there are not enough hours in the day to cope' and along with that is the thought are we eating healthy energy filled snacks and drinking enough water for our mind and body to cope?'. In many cases people indulge in foods on the run and very little water. Unfortunately this is not enough to sustain that valuable energy from within which one needs to focus throughout the day and the discomfort can be very depressing.

If you are experiencing discomfort in your digestive area from perhaps over eating or certain foods not agreeing with you, and you are not able to get to a reflexologist, in the interim and as a temporary relief I would suggest using a tennis ball or a similar type of ball (I use a crystal ball), and rolling it in circles for atleast 5 minutes under each foot working from your heel to the middle arch then to the sole of your foot. Always remember to have a glass of water when you are finished, then lie down for atleast 30 minutes and truly indulge in the healing relief and relaxation that you have created. Not only are you relieving your aching feet but you are also gently stimulating reflexes of the foot in the digestive area which can help to ease that digestive discomfort. This will suffice until you visit your Reflexologist for a full therapy and advice towards a healthier way of eating to suit your lifestyle.

Also remember that putting some cream on your hands at night just before retiring and massaging your hands, both palms and the tops of the hands (towards the wrist)  is giving yourself a dose of relaxation and healing.
