A good principle to go by is "You are the driver of your destiny and choices".  So what do you do when ‘that manager' constantly cuts off your drive to improve yourself by saying ‘you should be lucky you have a job'.....  This is a sad reality in the Corporate World and often becomes a case of victimisation which turns to depression and lack of self motivation, heaping on many unhealthy habits and life choices!.  Do you take control of your life or do you just leave it and fall back into a ‘comfort zone' completely reliant on the control of that ‘manager'...

First of all, a nutritional mind would react and say ‘no way', this is my life and I am going to reach my goals.  Lack of vitamins, minerals and especially lack of valuable fluids daily can bring a person to the point of low energy and depression.  This in turn disturbs and blocks the bodily energy centres which we need, to give us the common sense to face our daily existence.  Daily positive affirmations with a glass of water and vitamins, first thing in the morning gives one the guidelines to work with in any given situations in the day and encouraging a holistic approach to life with a strongly motivated and balanced mind.

It is all up to personal choice and complimentary holistic therapies are offered for good reason, to bring about valuable balance of body and mind to reach the heart of your life purpose and living the life you want, healthy and full of zest to help others.  We are all healers.
