People who drink alcohol to sleep actually are not aware that it actually does not allow deep sleep which is one of the reason of the headache problem better known as hangover caused due to bad quality of sleep. If you are feeling like having some liquid better have fruit juice or skimmed milk as they are beneficial for the body and help in providing energy.

3. Eat Less Sugar

When we eat something sweet it initially gives a boost to blood sugar levels and makes us feel more energised but this energy drops quite quickly leading to a feeling of sleepiness and low energy levels which leads to craving for more sugar. Hence it is advisable to eat more whole grains and less sugar as they help in balanced release of fuel and provide long lasting energy to the body.

4. Fixed Wake Up And Sleep Time

For optimal energy levels it is also very important to have fixed wake up and sleep timings and try to follow them. This fixed routine helps the body understand itself better and it is generally seen that people who follow such routines are more healthier and have higher energy levels.

These tips will surely help in enhancing energy levels in your body but if you still feel tired and low on energy all day it would be also a good idea to check your iron levels as lack of iron can also lead to a feeling of weakness, tiredness and other health problems including low levels of concentration.
