Signs of a healthy pregnancy would be that they will understand that such changes are necessary and seek to adapt to them. Here are some of the most common changes to a women’s body during pregnancy so that one can be aware. For one the breasts increase in size as it prepares to lactate. Secondly, there will be skin changes as the blood volume that gets pumped in increases entirely leading to an entity of people telling you that your “ skin is glowing “. Embrace the changes that are taking over your body and be happy with it. A pregnant woman is expected to put on at least 12 kg during her tenure.

Curb Your Lifestyle

A healthy pregnancy requires that you have a satisfying lifestyle. Avoid foods that contain a lot of mercury ( ask your doctor for further advice on  this ) as sometimes fish like tuna can be harmful. Furthermore it is advised that all caffeine and artificial sweetners be taken of the diet as it is harmful to the baby.
