You need to make sure that you do not cut down your intake of essential fatty acids. EFAs are very helpful in boosting your cardiovascular, immune, reproductive and nervous systems. They also boost the power of cell generation in your body which means getting healthier and flawless skin is now more possible than ever.

Nutrients:

As you diet, you eat healthy built-in small portions, make sure your dieting does not deprive you of healthy nutrients. If the body becomes nutrient deficient you will have stretch skin with flakiness and irritation. Moreover, the skin's ability to retain moisture will also get lost resulting in dry and lifeless skin.

Vitamins are important:

If your body lacks Vitamin A you can have blackheads and whiteheads. Similarly, if the Vitamin B group is low, you will have a skin full of flaws. Vitamin B2 deficient people face brown spots on the skin and other pigmentation problems. Make sure you maintain your Vitamin profile and eat accordingly.

Pick out the bad ones:

Besides adding the beneficial food items, you will also have to eliminate the bad ones. This means you must quit drinking tea, coffee and soft drinks. Moreover, you will have to maintain your distance with white flour and things made of it including cookies, biscuits and more.

Eat more citrus fruits:

Your dietician must have suggested you this but you actually need to eat Citrus fruits because they offer you skin benefits. Vitamin C is a great aid in maintaining good skin health and citrus fruits are the richest source.

Dieting may keep you deprived of certain essentials that boost skin beauty and health. Make sure you do not fad diet instead use healthy ways of controlling and maintaining a weight that has equivalent benefits for your skin as well.
