Love handles are a common problem area. They can be extremely to get rid of. That is why many people decide to turn to surgery in order to get rid of their love handles. Fortunately, there are ways that you can get rid of love handles without resorting to surgery.

Eat Less Sugar

Eating healthy is one of the keys to getting rid of excess fat on any part of your body. You can improve your diet by reducing the amount of sugar that you eat. You can cut your sugar intake by eating less cookies, cake, sodas and sports drinks. There is natural sugar in fruit, but you can still eat it.

You will also need to read the food labels. Keep in mind that sugar has many names. Fructose, agave nectar and dextrose are other terms for sugar. Avoid foods that have any of those things in it.

Try HIIT Workouts

HIIT is also referred to as high-intensity interval training. It is one of the most effective ways to burn body fat. HIIT workouts require that you do short bursts of intense cardio exercise followed by a period of less intense exercise. HIIT workouts typically last 20 to 30 minutes. They are quick, but they are very effective.

Studies have shown that HIIT training is more effective for reducing body fat than traditional cardio. One of the many great things about HIIT training is that you do not have to spend hours of your day working out.

Fat Reduction

This is a simple, non-surgical procedure. This is a treatment that uses controlled cooling in order to freeze the fat cells. The fat cells will die after they are frozen. The body will naturally get rid of the dead fat cells.

Coolsculpting is not a painful procedure. You can relax while you are getting it done. Many people choose to read a book or check their email while they are getting the procedure done. You will likely start to notice changes within two weeks of your treatment. However, the most drastic results will be seen after two months. Your results will continue to improve for the next four to six months.

Love handles do not have to be a permanent part of your body. You can get rid of them by getting coolsculpting. You can also reduce your sugar intake and try HIIT workouts.
