How can you decrease anxiety in your life:

Everyone has depression and anxiety in their life. Whether it's a teenager dealing with school and what comes with it, or an adult dealing with the stress of college, work, or the dating life, or maybe an old person going through the change of life, maybe a terminal illness or etc. We all go through depression or anxiety. We all go through things in life, some we can't control. I will tell you a few things that can help you with your depression or anxiety.

Anxiety Tip #1

The first thing you can do to help your depression or anxiety is to set a routine. If you want to start your day off right then you need to set a routine, maybe wake up and pray. Praying is a great way to start off your day, and eat a healthy breakfast to start off your day the right way.

Anxiety Tip #2

The second thing you can do to decrease your depression and anxiety is to channel your negative thoughts, energy, and anything to do with negativity. Maybe you can find a hobby, pray, and talk to friends about what's going on in your life. The next time you feel that way about something negative, or think nobody likes you, or nobody cares, nobody shows you that they're anxiety

there for you, get wireless security cameras (because a bit of paranoia can cause you to be fearful about who is around you and your house)and you could feel more comfortable in your home, then you should talk to yourself and ask yourself is it evidence that lets you know that? Is it a made a perception in your mind or is it reality; and if it's reality then so what? What can you do? You can't make people like you, care about you, speak to you or any of that. All you can do is remain positive and hope that your getting the same energy that you give back and with these tips you can do that.

Anxiety Tip #3

The third you can do to decrease your depression and anxiety is to eat healthy and exercise. Depression makes you want to overeat, and getting control of your health will make you feel better about yourself. I know that it can be hard to do it but when you are in need of doing it then it'll be easier than before. There isn't any fairy godmother that's going to come out of the woodworks and fix depression, help you diet and exercise, or any of that sort. If you want to help yourself then you need to change the way you do things yourself.

Anxiety Tip #4

The fourth thing you can do to decrease your depression and anxiety get more sleep. You can get more sleep. There is no myth, but if you don't get enough sleep you will be very cranky and you won't want wanna deal with others, you don't wanna be bothered by others as well. Depression and anxiety can make it hard for you to get any sleep, and the more you don't rest the more anxiety and depression will hunt you down. What you can do is change your habits, turn off the t.v. and take a nap to get caught up on your sleep and everything else, take all the distractions from your room (like the t.v, cellphone, or anything that may distract you).

Anxiety Tip #5

The fifth thing you can do to decrease your depression and anxiety is to set goals. If you don't have goals then how are you going to progress spiritually, financially, and emotionally? You have to be able to want to stop your depression and anxiety, and life is not just going to do it for you. You have to get up and tell yourself you can do it, and that you are better than yesterday. You'll thank yourself in the long run.
