In this article, we will discuss food to avoid.

1. Non organic products
Conventional food products are high in pesticide and injection of growth hormone for maximum profit. Although the amount of harmful toxins in the food have been regulated by all countries, prolonged consumption of this kind of product will cause toxins to accumulate in our body. It is a wise choice to reduce intake of these kinds of foods and replace them with organic foods that grow in better environments and have more nutrition and less toxins.

2. Foods that contain high amounts of additives and/or preservatives
Foods contain high amounts of additives and preservatives cause chemical synthesized substances that disrupt the normal growth of our body. The intervention of cells' reproduction, causing a weakened immune system resulting in a diminished resistance to disease and the accumulation of toxins will increase the risk of many chronic diseases or premature death.

3. Food containing high amounts of coloring agent, flavoring and MSG
These type of agents stimulate appetite by directly influencing the hunger centers of the brain causing you to eat more resulting in obesity. Prolonged use of mono sodium glutamate or MSG releases glutamic acid which causes a variety of symptoms: burning sensation in the back of the neck, forearms and chest, and increasing the chance of high blood pressure. It is wise to reduce intake of such food and replace them with natural food enhancers instead.

4. Foods containing high amounts of trans fat
Fat is essential for brain cells, but overeating trans fat causes cholesterol and triglyceride building up in our bloodstream as well as decreasing the supply of oxygen to our body resulting in a weakened immune system and other chronic illness. The deficiency of fatty acid and over abundance of Omega 6 will disrupt the production of growth hormone resulting in obesity and mental disorder.

5. Avoid fried foods
Fried foods contain high amounts of trans fat. It causes the imbalance of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids resulting in abdominal fat gain and hormone imbalance. It is best to replace them with stirring, steaming foods that are more nutritious and contain less fat. Oil in high heat will cause good oil becoming trans fat.
