2. Gestational carrier
If your ovaries is not removal, your ovaries will continue to ovulate. Your eggs produced by the ovaries can be collected and fertilized by your partner sperm by placing the fertilized egg into uterus of a gestational carrier. Please talk to your lawyer before acquiring any gestational carrier to avoid any legal problem.
3. Embryo freezing
Once again, eggs produced by you ovaries will be collected before endometrial hysterectomy and freezed then it will thawed, fertilized with your partner sperm and placed into uterus of gestational carrier.
4. Surrogate
If your ovaries and uterus are removed in the endometrial hysterectomy and the eggs are not collected before hysterectomy because of medical conditions, you will no longer have offspring who carries your gene. You may want to find a willing gestational carrier who will provide her egg and naturally fertilized by your partner sperm.
