Hysterectomy always is the last resource in treating endometriosis for woman who has exhausted all the treatments without success, or endometrial tissues has become cancerous, her doctor may suggest some kinds of hysterectomy. If there are no egg being removed before endometrial hysterectomy because of medical conditions women who want to have children may try the surrogacy approach.

I. Definition
Surrogacy is a method to have children when a woman agrees to become pregnant with her eggs and the contracted partner sperm or embryo of contracted party implanted to her uterus as she agree to deliver a child for a contracted party. Surrogacy is a controversial, and in some jurisdictions illegal, medical procedure. Under a contract, A surrogate mother is the woman who is pregnant with the child and intends to relinquish her or him after birth.

II. Types of surrogacy
a) Traditional surrogacy
By using artificial insemination with fresh or frozen sperm with the surrogate mother' eggs and placing the embryo in her uterus mother. She may be pregnant with her own child, but this child was conceived with the intention of relinquishing the child to be raised by a contracted party such as the biological father or his spouse or partner.

b) Gestational surrogacy
Women who agree to a contracted party to becomes pregnant via embryo implanted with a child that she is not the biological mother. The contract between her and other party requires her to relinquish the child to the biological mother or father after giving birth.

c) Altruistic surrogacy
Altruistic surrogacy happened when a willing woman who agree to carry the pregnancy to term for other party through embryo implanted or conceived with her egg and other party sperm cells . The child will be given to the contracted party without receiving any financial benefits.
