We are only in September and we are already seeing not only pharmacies, but grocery stores advertising ‘Get your FLU shot here today’. 

This week the CDC (Center of Disease Control) stated “Influenza is a potentially serious disease that can lead to hospitalization and sometimes even death”. They also recommend “Everyone 6 months of age and older should get an influenza (flu) vaccine every season with rare exception”.

In 2014 the CDC estimated that about 90 percent of flu-related deaths occur in people 65 years or older and they recommended all senior citizens get their flu shot annually.  However, Sharyl Attkisson, formerly an investigative journalist for CBS, uncovered evidence that the flu shots are not actually doing any good, saying these vaccines may actually be costing the lives of some seniors.

On her blog, Attkisson cites a buried JAMA Internal Medicine from over a decade ago showing there was no improvement in mortality rates among senior citizens who were given the flu vaccine, even after vaccination rates were increased. Attkisson said the study got little attention, because the science came down on the wrong side. Whereas the researchers had set out to prove that the push for massive flu vaccination would save the world. The researchers were astonished to find that the data did not support their presupposition at all and actually showed that deaths increased, among seniors following vaccination.

Natural health advocate scientist Mike Adams did an independent atomic elemental analysis of flu vaccines which was published in the summer of 2014. It proved that flu vaccines contain over 50 ppm mercury, an extremely toxic heavy metal. Adams stated that this finding has never been refuted by anyone. In fact, it was affirmed by vaccine proponents who insisted that it is perfectly safe to inject pregnant women, young children and senior citizens with mercury even though the flu vaccine insert itself readily admits there is no scientific evidence whatsoever to support the safety.

It is also worth noting that the flu vaccine is rarely given with informed consent with those administering vaccine not explaining the risks vs. benefits which is required under medical ethics and state medical law.
