- Engage in sexual activity to stimulate your reproductive system. This improves the emotional and physical connections you have with your intimate partner.
- Weight training is essential to maintaining healthy bones and muscle strength. Weight training only needs to be done 2 times a week to reap benefits that will enhance your physical health.
- Eat lots of fruits and vegetables! Increase your intake of food that contains minerals and vitamins especially vitamin E and foods that contain antioxidants such as berries, broccoli, tomatoes, garlic, spinach, carrots and whole grains.
- Get involved. Be proactive in your community, your family and your circle of friends. Take opportunities that provide social interaction and responsibility.
- Live a life of learning. Never stop learning. Always look for new skills to learn and master. Read lots and teach what you know to others.
