Kids often complain of bad dreams, running into their parent's bedroom during the night scared of some nightmare that was playing inside their head. If your nightmare is being running away from someone it can be alter that by turning around and seeing the person holding your wallet. That person could then say, "You dropped your wallet." Suddenly, a frightful image is changed into a comforting one. Obviously this takes frequent practicing; it is a skill to alter images but very possible and effective.
